Synch your breath with this for 10 minutes...you deserve it.

If you have anxiety, take deep breaths in sync with this moving image to help you focus on your breathing sensations in your body.  You are now in your body, not outside of it.  I hope you find this a helpful additional resource to regulate your nervous system, and anxiety.  As with any recommendation, if you find this not helpful, take a step back and take a break.
